I was delighted to attend the 31st IEEE International Requirements Engineering Conference (RE’23), held at Leibniz Universität Hannover, Germany, from 4 to 8 September 2023. The conference brought together researchers, practitioners, students, and educators from around the world to share the latest innovations, trends, experiences, and challenges in the field of Requirements Engineering. After three years of online events, this edition was entirely onsite, offering an excellent opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and explore cutting-edge research. I truly enjoyed the sessions, discussions, and meeting professionals from diverse backgrounds. My sincere thanks go to the organising committee, speakers, and participants for making RE’23 such a valuable and memorable event.
