
Overview: FORSA is an integrated web-based platform designed to streamline the connection between three main user groups: trainers, event and conference organisers, and learners/trainees. The system acts as a broker that facilitates the delivery, management, and discovery of training opportunities efficiently and transparently. It aims to address key challenges such as the lack of centralised access to quality training programs, inefficient coordination between event stakeholders, and limited exposure for emerging trainers.
Key Objectives:
- Provide a centralised platform to manage training opportunities.
- Enable trainers to showcase and manage their services, availability, and qualifications.
- Allow organisers to publish and promote their events.
- Give trainees access to tailored recommendations and easy registration.
Core Features:
- User registration and profile management for all three roles (trainer, organiser, trainee).
- Admin dashboard to approve and monitor content, events, and registrations.
- Secure login/authentication system.
- Advanced search and filtering of training events.
- Event creation, promotion, and registration functionalities.
- Trainer rating and review system.
- Email notifications for confirmations, updates, and reminders.
