Project Overview

Quality Learn is a comprehensive web-based platform developed to support Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in Saudi universities. It addresses a critical gap in higher education: the lack of structured tools for evaluating Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) and Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) in alignment with NCAAA accreditation standards.

The system empowers faculty members to define, assess, and improve learning outcomes through a user-friendly interface, dynamic reporting tools, and real-time data visualisation.


Key Features Delivered

  1. User Management & Authentication
    • Role-based access for lecturers, managers, and external evaluators
    • Secure login, profile creation, and password management
  2. Course & Program Specification
    • Add/edit/delete course details, CLOs, and assessment strategies
    • Link CLOs to PLOs and define TLOs using Bloom’s Taxonomy
  3. Dynamic Reporting System
    • Generate NCAAA-compliant reports (CLO attainment, course performance, annual program reports)
    • Export in PDF, Word, Excel formats with visual dashboards
  4. Gap Analysis & Continuous Improvement
    • Identify discrepancies between planned and achieved outcomes
    • Recommend curriculum and teaching adjustments
  5. Assessment & Accreditation Management
    • Create/manage quizzes, exams, assignments linked to CLOs
    • Automate grading and support accreditation reviews
  6. Master Data Configuration
    • Define college/department vision and mission
    • Align institutional goals with learning outcomes
  7. Notifications & Alerts
    • Real-time reminders for assessments, reports, and reviews
  8. Data Import/Export
    • Seamless integration with external systems and LMS platforms
